Cancelation Policy

Each of our providers sees only a fixed number of patients per day so we can devote our full attention to their appointments. It is not our practice to overbook patients. Advanced notice to cancel an appointment allows us to schedule another patient in that time slot. Given the limited number of appointments each day, we count on these visits in order to operate our practice successfully.

Therefore we have established the following policy for missed appointments. If you need to cancel an appointment, please notify us as
early as possible. We request at least 24 hours' notice (1 business day). For a no-show appointment or cancellation with less than 24 hours' notice, there will be a no-show fee of $100. This fee is not billable to insurance and must be paid by you.

Privacy Policy

We respect and are committed to protecting your privacy. We may collect personally identifiable information when you visit our site. We also automatically receive and record information on our server logs from your browser including your IP address, cookie information and the page(s) you visited. We will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

Security Policy

Your payment and personal information is always safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available today for secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name, and address, so that it cannot be read over the Internet.

Refund Policy

All refunds will be processed back to the original form of payment, except cash payments which will be refunded by check. All refund requests, cash or credit card may take up to 15 business days to process. Any refund of payment originated through third party lenders must be refunded to the original account. Please note all pending insurance claims must be paid by your insurance company before a refund may be made.

All services once rendered are final, and payment for any treatment once started is non-refundable.

We always strive for our Patient’s satisfaction. Please inform us if you need any modifications or adjustments within 60 days of the original date of service, and we will do our best to ensure you have the treatment to your satisfaction.
